Which devices does IMAGINE IT work on?
iPhone 15 Pro and newer, iPads with an M-series or A17 Pro chip, and Macs with Apple silicon. These have the memory and Neural Engine the models need.
Why do models need to download?
Each model is a full AI image model (about 1 to 3 GB) that runs on your device, so nothing is ever uploaded. Download only the ones you want, on Wi-Fi if you can. Downloads keep going in the background and resume if interrupted.
Why is the first picture slower?
The first time a model runs, your device tunes it for its Neural Engine. That happens once; after that it's much faster. It happens again after an iOS update.
How long does an image take?
Usually 10 to 60 seconds depending on the model, quality and size. Real Fast and Dream Quick are the quickest. Ultra size and Detail take longer and look incredible.
Why was my picture not shown?
Every image is checked on your device. If one doesn't pass, it isn't kept and doesn't count toward your free creations. Try describing the idea differently.
What is Mature mode?
For Pro members who are 18 or older: swimwear and fashion shoots, glamour, horror and cinematic violence. It never allows nudity, sexual content, minors or real people. Turn it on in Settings.
Can I use my images commercially?
Yes. The models' licences allow commercial use, within their use rules (see the Terms). You're responsible for how you use what you make.
How do I restore my purchase?
Settings › IMAGINE IT Pro › Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought with.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Subscriptions are managed in your Apple Account (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I free up space?
Models › press and hold a model › Delete. Your pictures stay. You can download it again any time.
